Story Image Tools (SIT-2) use the natural world and the world of myth and fantasy as a guide. They highlight the importance of creativity in everyday; the power of connection to self, others and spirit; as well as the ancient and modern worlds.
Based on the principles of Narrative Therapy, Jungian Depth Psychology combined with Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Positive Psychology Interventions and Strategies.
Mythos and Logos: Science and Story combined.
Suitable for all ages.
Useful for addressing mental health issues (by a trained Jungian or narrative therapist) as well as more minor troubling issues.
May be used as an educational resource as well as counselling tool.
Can be delivered in homes, schools, learning institutions.
